map form fields to database

I'm having difficulty mapping my form fields to a table in my database.

1. I right-click inside of form and select "form properties"
2. Click "send to database" radio button and click options
3. Select the database connection and table
4. Click the "saved fields" tab
5. The form fields are listed but no database columns are available to
select from

When I try to back out, it tells me that "no form fields are mapped".

What am I doing wrong?

If you click on one of the form fields, it should give you a list of the
available fields in your database table (it will usually "suggest" the
correct one for you).

I tried that but it doesn't present me with a list of the fields!
