Maximum computers using Office 2003

I have Office 2003 and tried to install it on my new computer. It said that
the maximum number of computers had already used that office product key.
However, the three computers that had it on them are now defunct. Is there a
way to assign the use of Office 2003 to our new computers, and delete the old
computers it is currently associated with?

Providing its a retail edition, not OEM, you simly use phone actiavtion and
state it has been removed from defunct PC's

With Office versions that have Product Activation, if I uninstall Office while connected
to the internet does it notify Microsoft that it has been uninstalled?
