Menu Bar - Tools disappeared

Somehow the Tools option has disappeared from the options?

All I have is File - Edit - View - Format - Data - Window -Help.

Anyone know how to get Tools back?

Menu Tools>Customize, select Worksheet Menu Bar, and hit Reset
