menu entry disappears

Hi,
Clicking on my Help and my Tools menu the menu items don't show up any
longer. All the other menu items under Folder etc. work correctly.
Any help appreciated.

Try this:

Right-click anywhere on the Menu bar and select Customize. In the Customize
dialog box, on the Toolbars tab, select Menu Bar, then click Reset, then OK,
then Close. Post back if that doesn't fix it.

Thanks for your precise hints! However, I did nor fix the error,
unfortunately. I guess I must go to some more previous state of the bars.

DOM, great, the simple winword.exe /a switch worked! However, when using
the Run command I had to use my old DOS knowledge to navigate to the
folder where winword is located. Makes who feel like a grand dad.
