Menu Items / Tool Bars

Hi
I am creating a database and instead of having a load of buttons, I would
like to have a menu bar on my main form. Is it possible to create a menubar
on a form?, and if so how as I dont seem to be able to see how to do it

Thanks

No. Menu/Toolbars are part of the Access window, not
individual form windows.

Best you can do (which is fairly easy) is to use a bunch of
buttons in the form's header section.

Yes, you can create menubars that are specific for a form. Go to View -
Toolbars - Customize to create your menubar. Note that you must create a
menubar and not a toolbar. Once you have created the menubar, open your form
in design view, open properties, go to the Other tab and set the menu bar
property to the name of the menubar you just created.
