Merge from Access

I am merging fields from and Access database into a Word
2000 document. In Access the field appears as 60% but
when I merge the document into Word the result is .6. I
cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. PLEASE help!

This is a question of the connection method used to bring
in the data. I'm assuming you've chosen ODBC or MS Query to
link in the data?

You basically have two choices:
- use formatting switches in the mail merge field
- set the format as an EXPRESSION in an Access query

You'll find more information in the Mail merge FAQ on my
