Microsoft Office 2003 Activation

Hello

I am trying to activate an OEM copy of Microsoft Office 2003. We have
recently upgraded the machine that it was installed on so we are now trying
to re-install it, but because it has been on the machine before, when you try
to activate it over the net, an error comes up to say it has been activated
before so try using telephone activation. However, when I click back, and
use the option to activate using telephone then click next, the activation
window disappears and it returns to Word, or Excel or whatever I opened the
activation wizard in.

Why is it doing this?

I cannot even phone the activation telephone number to ask someone there as
the numbers are not listed, as the screen which tells me the number to phone
never opens up!!

I have tried unistalling and re-installing, but this doesn't work!

Any suggestions?
