Microsoft Office XP transfer

I have an old computer with Windows 98 that I still want
to use but I can't upgrade. I recently purchased the full
version of Office XP Standard and put it on this computer.
It works fine but now I have a new computer with Windows
XP and I want to put my copy of Office on that computer. I
know when I install it on the new computer I will be asked
to activate the product. I will remove it from my old
computer but how do I let Microsoft know that I am not
trying to put it on two computers at once. Any help would
be greatfully appreciated. Thank you.
