I may be being really stupid but I can't set up a rule
using rules wizard which will reply to incoming emails.
I can get to the point where I check the option to reply
to messages using a standard template but then I don't
appear to have any templates and I can't find anything to
download and am not sure how to create one. All I want
to say is a brief message similar to out of the ofice, I
don't need anything fancy. I used to be fine with office
assistant but I'm failing miserably with this...
