You can start by calling it by it's correct name, MS Project. The
person running the project is the "Project Manager".

Shouldn't this process start with an examination of your clients'
processes and needs and a comparison of them with the features of
Project? As it stands, it sounds as though you have already decided to
recommend it yet know little about it.
