Microsoft Shortcut Bar

I have installed Office 2003 on several computers. Microsoft Office Shortcut
Bar would show up on the majority under Microsoft Office but it would not
show up on a couple. I reinserted the Office 2003 CD and select "add and
remove feature" and went to customize to see if the "shorcut bar" was
disable, but can't find it. i even try to reinstall Office 2003 without
success. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

You should sell that copy of Office - you'd be able to retire! You have the
only copy of Office 2003 in existence that contains the OSB. Either that or
you're delusional, and I know where my money's going!
