Migrating DBs from a MS Project Server 2003 environment to another

When you are migrating a MS Project Server 2003 DBs to another environment
that
already has MS Project & SharePoint Services running. Do you need to create
a new SharePoint Services Configuration Database or can you just use the same
one?

If you create this configuration database, what information does not get
transfered? I have only noticed that our Project Workspace default template
needs to be re-applied (using stsadm.exe). Other than that, I haven't noticed
anything
else missing. But, we are not done with the test though.

Does anyone know what information is stored on the configuration database?
