Server 2003 Migration

I found a document that assists in migration of EPM 2003, but some of the
document appears to be incorrect. The document's title is:

"How to move the databases that are used by Windows SharePoint and by
Project Server 2003 to a computer that is running SQL Server" Article
ID:905386

Under the section entitled "Configure Windows SharePoint Services" bullet
point 2 it says to go the the "Provisioning Options" area. I see no
"Provisioning Options" area. Am I missing something or is there an updated
document with corrections in it?
