Missing Help

When I press the F1 key or click on Help I don't get the 3
help tabs up I only get the information help page. If I
turn the assistant on I can use that to get the help
information but not the tabs. I have reinstalled office
with all the trimmings but to no avail

I hope this makes sense.

What is the version/build of Word from Help=>About?
