Missing Menu (file)

Outlook 2002, the menu toolbar is missing the FILE menu.
It just starts with Edit and ends with Help.

Any ideas?

Try this:

Open Outlook
Right click while pointing to your toolbar
Select CUSTOMIZE
Select the TOOLBARS tab
With STANDARD highlighted, Click the RESET
button if it is not grayed out
