I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 Internet Mail Only in the UK. I am
trying to delete a Personal Folder file, but all the instructions I
have found direct me to the Services section of the Tools Menu.
Unforunately, I do not have a Services section in the Tools Menu. Can
anyone tell me why this is, and how to get it? If not, is there a way
to delete Personal Folder files without using Services?
