Missing text in long emails

The bottom portion of long emails is cut off when sent in
Rich Text format. I have this happening from specific
PC's using both Outlook XP or Outlook 2000.

No problem when sending same message in HTML format.

When selecting the message from the SENT folder it is
also truncated, but when REPLYing to the message in the
SENT folder everything is there until it is sent again.
