missing tool bar

Help. I am currently sharing a computer with my mother and somehow she has
hidden the main tool bar in Word. I have clicked, scrolled, and done
everything but I can't find it and get it restored..help????? thanks!!!

Try clicking on View, Toolbars, and select Standard. This should help.

If you're missing the Standard toolbar, you should be able to redisplay it by
clicking on View | Toolbars | Standard. If this method doesn't work, or if
you're missing the Menu bar (where it says File, Edit, View, etc.), then see

Don't blame your mother. This is a common problem that is no fault of the
user, caused by a Registry glitch. See
