modify office power point 2003 keyboard shortcut

The pesky "research" keeps popping up when I use click+alt. How do I change
the short cut that I use for other things?

To assign custom keyboard shortcuts to menu items, recorded macros, and VBA
code in PowerPoint, you must use a third-party add-in, such as Shortcut
Manager for PowerPoint, available from OfficeOne Add-Ins for PowerPoint:
