MOPPS - Index was outside the bounds of the array

When doing a data (costs) import, the error "Index was outside the bounds of
the array" is seen whenever the "Save imported settings as" is checked and a
name is specified. I am importing a Excel 2007 spreadsheet with 394 columns.

What fields are you importing those 394 columns into?
Also are you up to date with service packs? I think the service pack fixed
some project/excel issues.

The spreadsheet provides the users with a familiar UI to enter project
financials and calculates a number of different builder attributes. The
spreadsheet is then imported through several passes based on data type
(Costs, Builder Attributes, and Benefits).

The production version indicates 12.1.1313.1000-SP1.

A suggestion I received was to remove the PPS IE Add-Ons/ActiveX controls
from the client used to access the PPS site and then re-download the controls
from the PPS and re-install them, but that did not work.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
Thanks,
Gabriel
