Most, if not all, mail going to junk mail

Email Client: pop

My friend initially posted this question for me. All mail from my verizon.net pop account are instantly moved to junk mail folder. Once in the junk mail folder, rarely are the messages tagged as junk mail. Also, most of the mail is from senders in my Entourage contact list. I've checked Rules, Junk Mail Protection & MLM - nothing in any them - no rules period, junk mail protection not running, nothing in MLM. I see in other posts that people have suggested right clicking on my Inbox > Folder Properties > Empty Cache, but I don't see that option. Even if I mark the mail as 'not junk mail' it continues to go into Junk Mail. However, my validation email from Mactopia did go to my inbox - weird. Any help is appreciated - thank you.

Could it be a server-side rule?? I have some that send *some* e-mails
straight to junk mail.

Only a rule can move messages. Please post screenshots of your Rules and
Mailing List Manager window. For the Junk Mail Filter click on Blocked
Senders and see if your domain is listed there as blocked.

This is for IMAP accounts only.
