Mouse won't scroll

I have a MS mouse with a scroll button. When I'm in Pub.
98, and try to scroll, all it does is make the newsletter
bigger or smaller. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Situation normal.

That is how it functions in Publisher up to Pub 2000.

Cyndy,

In addition to David's response, there are some mouse
drivers out there that allow you to override the
scroll/zoom feature to behave differently in different
programs, possibly allowing you to do this. I would
recommend making sure you have the latest and greatest
mouse driver and look through your mouse settings.
