Move data from a table in Word to Excel?

Hi: Everyboday

I hava a lot of Word document files with same talbe format. (Each file has
one product information, the are saved in table in Word file).

Now, do you think I can export those data from the tables to Excel file (Or
Access table), if I do it manually, it will take me ages!

Ask in an Excel group with this as a start.
