Moved deleted folder

Hi

I have a user who came to me saying that he could not delete items in his
inbox. I looked at his outlook 2003 and found that his deleted folder was in
a subfolder called trash. I tried to move the deleted folder back to the
root of the mailbox but it say it is a special item that can't be moved.

Can anyone shed any light on how I can put this back to normal.

Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetfolders
