Moving Files using Open File Dialog - Word 2003

When using the Open File Dialog ( File - Open ) I do not seem to have the
option to paste file(s) within folders ( I can do the same in Explorer ).
This only happens in Word 2003 , this is done to save a trip to explorer when
within word .

Office 2003 was installed on the PC using Group POlicy ( Win2k3 server ) and
wonder if it has anything to do with the issue

Thanks in advance for any help in this context
