moving mail to a new computer

I just got a new computer and am having a frustrating
time trying to figure out how to move my messages from
Outlook Express 5 in one computer to Outlook in the
other. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe OE mail is stored in *.dbx files and the address book in a *.wab
file
You would have to move these to the default folders then use the Import
option in OL.
I don't use OE, but I believe thats correct.
