moving picture

I thought in Word you can move jpegs by clicking and dragging but it's not
working. any suggestions? Mindy

You can if the jpeg is not formatted as inline-with-text. Right-click on the
jpeg, then left-click on Format Picture | Layout. In Word 2000 or later,
choose a text wrapping option other than "inline with text". In Word 97,
check the "Float over text" box.
