Moving Word 2003 Templates

I mean the ones that shipped with Word; with W97, I moved them so they weren't compeltely lost, but didn't show up with all our firm's own template folders when I click on "new document." Now I can not even FIND the folders, much less move them out of this dialog box.

Also, it takes a long time after I click on file/new/templates on my computer - for the template dialog box to come up - I wonder if these folders are on the internet? They have a modification date of "never".

It's all very strange...

If you don't tell Word to ignore online content when you're connected, you
do see a lot of stuff that's online.
