My MS Office shortcut bar is not automatically loading even though I clicked
the "Yes" button when I manually closed it.

What do I need to change so that this will happen?

Thanks....

Thanks for the suggestion. One, I have done why they state and it still
doesn't start. Plus, the KB article refers to Officer 2000, I have Office
2002. My registry is set to "1" as the article states.

Can anyone else offer some suggestion on how to fix the problem?

Thanks..
