MS OUTLOOK 2000 ERROR

I have a problem w/my email. when I go into the icon on my desktop, error
reads "Application or DLL C:\Progra-1\Micros-2\Office\OUTLLIB.DII is not a
valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette".
Can someone please help? my alt email is: (e-mail address removed). thank you!

Tried a repair, of Office, from Add/Remove dialogue or using Office CD?

Also try this: Close Word, find and delete Normal.DOT template and restart
Word. It will be recreated when you restart.

Open Windows Explorer. In the address field, enter
%AppData%\Microsoft\Templates. Click Go.
