MS outlook keeps prompt email password

Do anyone know what is going on when MS outlook keeps
prompt email password? This email password has been key
in first time click on send/receive (check email). It
should be keep in the list if MS outlook is not logout.
But some time, it will keep prompt for password. It is
the connection to email server is cut off? Or mail server
problem? I was using ADSL unlimitted (24 hours connected)

The service pack is SP3 (Office XP pro).

Please advice ASAP.
