Hi!
Can someone please help me?!
I have put into project a number of tasks with levels. I.e.
Module 2435
Development
Scripting
I have also created a text column that displays the module number.
I have assigned tasks to people using AssignTask and I have created a
customized work group field. Tools/Customize/Workgroup....so when
they accept the assignment they can tell which module it is for.
However, the task ie. Scripting is put into their tasks in outlook but
they have no way to reference which module number it is associated
with. Is there a way to either display the level in the task on
outlook or to display a separate text column from project (which I
have put the module number into it)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have found similar questions
on the group's postings however, there doesn't seem to be any answers
or they reference material that is no longer working. Thanks once
again!
