What do you think about it ? We have really problem with the performance of
this machine (some days is better, but updates usually take from 20 mins to
an hour, which make users nervous), so I really appreciate your willingness
to help, I'm rather beginner with M$ Project

Hi bidzis,
I assume that you have project server 2003 installed?
That is an unuasual long time even for a single server and the
specification
you mention means that it is a crunchy machine.
Can you please check if you have any event logs and we will take it from
there
