MS Project to PDF for printing

JRT

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to save a MS Project to a PDF so that it
can be printed out on a large sheet of paper? If so, how would I go about
doing this?
Thanks
JRT

Hi JRT,

If you have a PDF writer (Adobe Acrobat for example) installed, you
simply select the PDF writer from the Printer selection in the Print
dialog box.

See FAQ #16 "Project Viewer" at:
http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

for a list of PDF programs.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

JRT,

There are a number of low cost or free PDF converters on the market. We use
CutePDF here. They install as a print driver. You just select it as the
"printer", and it will createa saveable PDF file.

There is a Super FREE Utility called Primo PDF (Just Google for it)
You install it and set it up just like an extra printer, and when you print
to it
you get a .pdf file

Its really useful

Hi JRT,

The steps I outlined actually create a pdf file. You can then email the
pdf file to them so they can print it.

I hope this clarifies.
