MS Project Web Access 2007 - Resource Availability Issue

Hi all,
I was wondering whether any of you has seen this issue before:
I'm the administrator of of the Project Server 2007 in a small
organization.
One of the project managers created a project, in which there's an
allocation of a specific task to a resource.
Everything is OK with the task (9 days duration, work of 72 hours,
100% allocation).
The project was saved and published succesfully (I checked that the
recent changes can be seen via PWA).
Now we get to the issue:
When I access the resource allocations web page of the resource
center, I can see that among the many tasks allocated to the resource,
there's also the task in question, and all the data looks OK and is
consistent with Project Pro.
When I access the resource availability page for the same resource, I
can see that the allocation for this task in the specified period of
time is zero hours, and therefore the resource appears as available.
I've already ruled out all the trivial issues (publishing, work, etc.)
Furthermore, when I co[ied the project data to a new project (not by
"Save as..." but by copying the data itself) and saved and published
it, the allocation miracuosly appeared fine in all the screens.

So, did any of you see this issue before?
I'm concerned that it was not a single project issue, but there's a
chance that many of the data in the PWA is incorrect. Since it's the
screen being used by the organization's manager to review resources
availability, it's important to me.

Sorry that the message is so long, I will really appreciate your
responces.
Jenny

Okay, this is a real stab-in-the-dark, but could this be about the Booking
Type for that task or resource being Proposed?
The default for the resource can be reviewed by editting the Resource in the
Resource Centre.

There is also a Booking Type field that can be added to the Entry Table on
the Gannt chart, but having just done a quick test on one of my projects it
is empty and with no obvious means of changing it...

Anyway, hopefully some of that might help.

Thanks, Jonathan.
I've also thought about the booking type issue, but changing it to
"Committed", saving and republishing the project doesn't help. I'm
really beginning to think it's a bug...
