MS Publisher 2003

For some reason my write/record driver is not working, my software that was
installed is gone for MS Publisher. I tried reloading it in my second drive
and when I get to the part that asks for my Product Key and I typed that in I
receive an error message saying it's wrong, but it's not. I cannot install
this on my PC, however I was able to install this softwar on my laptop. Can
someone tell me how/what to do? I really need this software for newsletters
which I publish monthly for a club.
