MS Word, Bottom cutting off of printing and print view.

I am having an issue on multiple PC's of the bottom 2" or so being omitted
from printing when we print a document. It appears to be happening at
random. If the user reboots and tries again most of the time it prints fine.
It used to happen when we had Office 2000 as well, now we are on Office
2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Brian

Nothing whatsoever to do with Office - this is a printer issue. Have you the
latest driver for it?

Doesn't seem like a printer issue to me since its happening on about 8
different PC's located throughout the building all on different printers.
Issue didnt start occuring until 2003 was installed. And yes all drivers are
up to date as well.

I am having the same problem. It appears that the margins are somehow being
misreported to Office as far as printing area. I set the margins to the
smallest allowable for the printer, .25 on each side to be safe, and ignored
the warnings of Office to "fix" the margins and it previews and prints find.
It would be great to find a permanent solution as this problem is affecting
many if not all of the Word 97 documents users have. It does not affect
documents created and edited in Office XP. Very perplexing to me. This may
help in the interim, but I too am looking for a solution.

Thanks,
Jason
