MS Word Doc To JPG??? Is There A Way?

Is there any way that I can convert MS Word docs to a jpg format? I
took a bunch of screen shots and quickly pasted them into MS Word
documents but I really needed them to be jpg's and now I seem to be
stuck with the docs!! (I should have pasted them into a graphics
program instead, I realize now!) I have tried right-clicking to see
if I could get any option to "save file as" - but that doesn't work -
and I tried to open the doc files in Photoshop, but that doesn't work
either!

I would appreciate any help - thanks! ))

Save the document as a Web page, and the graphics will be saved out as GIFs
or JPEGs, as appropriate. By default, they will be in a supporting subfolder
called <filename>_files.
