ms word reads document

hi

i am told that ms word has the feature where if you hold down the windows
key along with the s key word will read the document for you, or will read
the area you have highlighted. on my ibm laptop i dont know have a windows
key, whats another way for me to use this feature

Typically I do that using the language bar (you might need to activate it
from Control Pannel | Regional and Language Options | Language, etc.). With
the language bar opend I click the little white triangle to the right and
then "Speak Text." The reading is pretty bad, but it can be helpful
especially to check if I misstyped something in a table.
