MSOffice Toolbar/automatic Minimize at startup?

Anybody know how? Having it active, even in autohide mode, irritates me;
would prefer to just have the icon at the bottom of the screen and click it
when I need it.

You may create a shortcut for the quick launch tray in Windows. Have you
tried that? If you need info, reply.
