MSProject 2003 and Office 2000?

In our company all users have Office 2000 Pro installed. For a new contract,
we are required to edit and add to a Microsoft Project plan which was
created with Project 2003.

Do I have to upgrade our Office 2000 Pro package in order to install and use
Project 2003? I'm hoping not, as only 1 or 2 people will be using the new
Project software, but this would cause versioning conflicts with Word Access
and Excel for other users, requiring an upgrade of the entire company (most
definitely NOT in this years budget - this is a fairly small company with
20-25 users)

Please advise!

Thanks in Advance,

Susan

Susan,
No problem, I have Office 2000 Pro and run Project 98, 2000 and 2003
successfully. So, go for it!
