Multiple accounts

I have an issue where one of my customers has two email
accounts setup within outlook2002. It was working fine,
but for the past couple of weeks it has been using the
second account as default even though it has net been
sellected ast the default. Has anyone ever heard of such a
thing???

What sort of accounts does she have? What do you mean by "using the second
account as the default"? Do new messages always get sent through that
second account?
