Multiple Calendar default

In Outlook 2003, is there a way to open multiple calendars by default?

I have both private and company public calendars on an exchange server.
When I click on calendar my private one opens up, then I have to click
on my companies public calendar so I can see both at one time.

Is there a way to set this as a default? Saving the current view does
nothing.
