Multiple Generic resource for one task

Hello,
I'm working with MS Project Server 2007.

I tried to assign qty 2 of the same generic resource to a task. but the
system won't allow me. the task requires 2 people of the same skill set.

I realize that a similar question was posted in 2005. I'm hoping the 2007
server offers a solution?
