multiple import and export menu

I am using Outlook 2003 with the most recent patch (just update from Office
Update yesterday.) I found that there are 5 "Import and Export..." on File
menu. How this happen? How to remove it?

I usually do not recommend using Office Update to do the actual updates
since sometimes updates can create their own share of problems. Better to
wait until there are reports that the update are stable.

To remove extra:
Right click on any toolbar and then click Customize.
You can now drag the extra buttons off the toolbar.

You can also use the screen which comes up to reset your toolbars/menus.
