Setup Office 2002 in Win2K. When launching MS Outlook
MS Word also launches right after it, having to close out
MS Word in order to work with MS Outlook. What is going
on here, and how do I fix it ?

Thanks,
SamG

Maybe you have "use word as your email editor" selected?

In outlook, go to Tools->Options->Mail Format and uncheck "use word as
your email editor". I think the wording varies slightly by version,
but it should be obivous.
