My cat stepped on something

Help, my cat stepped on my keyboard and activated an edit program of some
sort and I just want to go back to my regular, standard word program. I am
just writing...not publishing...thank you/ please email me at

You'll need to give more details than 'an edit program of some sort'. What program? Did you try closing it and re-opening Word?
