My emails wont send. Help?

I am abroad right now and using my laptop with outlook to send/recieve
emails. My computer is recieving emails, but not sending them. I used the
help that Microsoft provides and that didnt help. Does anyone have any
advice?

Most ISPs will not let you send a message unless some criteria is met. For
example, an ISP may require you to dialin to or connect directly to their
network to send a message. Some may require that you retrieve messages
first and then send. Or, they might require that authenticate to the smtp
server before sending a message. In any event, you might want to check with
the ISP that hosts you mail to see what they require. (Since you can't send
them a message, check to see if they have a "Help" web interface that you
can access via the browser.)
