My files always open in "Print" view, not "Normal"

When I try to open a word document from our novell network it always comes up
in a small "print" view. I need these documents to open up in the Normal
view. At present, I always need to go change the view to "Normal" when I
open a document.

This just started to happen a few weeks ago. Any ideas?
