My inbox keeps jumping to the forefront of my computer

Even if I am on a website or working in Excel or Word, if
I have Outlook open to a message or email folder that
keeps jumping to the front of the computer. But it
doesn't happen if I have outlook open to my calendar.
Any ideas what's wrong?
